What is the shipping time for a new e-bike?
Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. All bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled in heavy-duty protective packaging.
Do I need a special license to ride an e-bike?
In most regions, our Class 1 and Class 2 e-bikes do not require a special driver's license or insurance, but we recommend checking your local state regulations.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We provide a comprehensive 2-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects.
Can I return my e-bike if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. The bike must be in its original packaging and have fewer than 10 miles on the odometer to qualify for a full refund.
Are Ebike Solution products water-resistant?
Our e-bikes are IP65 rated, meaning they are resistant to light rain and splashes; however, they should not be submerged or cleaned with high-pressure washers.
