At Ebike Solution, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your e-bike or accessories within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the e-bike in its original box, ensuring all components, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a professional pickup.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
